Clínica de Acupuntura Gratuita

Treatments are based on AcuWellness, or the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) ear protocol. Benefits of AcuDetox experienced by our clients include:

  1. Improved mental clarity, focus, concentration and memory
  2. Increase in energy and improved sleep
  3. Reduced stress, reduced anxiety and irritability,
  4. Alleviated hyper-vigilance, flashbacks and nightmares

  • No appointment or registration is necessary
  • For veterans and first responders, please bring a valid military/veteran or medical identification

This protocol is proven to alleviate symptoms of acute stress and trauma

Relaxing Setting

Participants are seated fully clothed in a calm group setting

Ear Acupuncture

Five small, sterile and single-use needles are placed in each ear

Sit quietly

Rest and close your eyes for 30-45 minutes to receive the benefit of the treatment

Pain and Stress Relief

  • Acupuncture is currently being provided at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. for returning veterans experiencing combat stress.
  • The military is also using acupuncture on the battlefield to help relieve pain.
